Dave you rock! You always have the best photos to help everyone out. Can I get a copy of the high res image? I can host it if you don't have the bandwidth. Work would never know or care.

OK with that picture there are only 2 things i see that this could be from (they are black, but they are shaped the same)

does anyone know what these 2 do? could one of these not being screwed on cause the window to wobble?

Here is a photo index with pics from many angles.

The first photo is the only one available in hi-res (3MB). After clicking on the first photo do a "right click, save as" and re-open it for a view you can really zoom in on.

Notice in a few pictures I have removed part of the side impact structure for a better view.

Good luck. Thanks for the hosting offers.

I think they are the guide/stops for the window. Help hold it in place and stop when it gets so far up.

I dont see how that could case the window to slide back and forth in the track.. its really odd maybe something else is loose in there...

if im sitting in the car and put the window half way down i can grab it and slide it from the front of the car back to the rear of the car so to speak... you know what im saying?

Either your regulator is screwed up, or possibly your run channel.

i looked online and found this exploded view of the door, but wtf is number 17 here? i dont see anything like this in that door picture and it looks like it goes with the front track where my problem is at..

this is the part that i am missing, it is completely gone, my bodyshop must have taken it off and not put it back on... can anyone confirm that these 3 parts (number 2, 6, and 8) are the only 3 i need to put the front track "glider" back on?

this is the full picture of the part that is missing on my car...

That picture kinda looks like it shows some type of possible rivet in that? You might have to buy that whole channel assembly.

After looking closer at the passenger side door this is the only part that i am missing (the parts site i looked at called it a "slider") but it basically bolts to the window then just holds the window tight to the track. I can get it for about 10 bucks from the stealership so i'll probably pick one up on monday and fix the window. Thanks for all the help here guys!
