I was looking at some the mirrors on ebay that has the turn signal built in, and I wanted to know is it hard to install and wire it to my signal.

Where does the 3 wires connect to?

I have the manual mirror so can I still use the stock adjuster to adjust my mirror with.

You can wire into the turn signal-signal wire, a 5v source and a ground. Back when I had these mirrors like 3years ago, I ran wires through the fender well to the actual turn signal harness and just tapped in there.

Is the mirror smaller than the stock mirror, can you still see the trafic well?

They are much smaller! You can see OK, but it covers a lot less area than stock.

The mirror is way smaller than OEM. Also if you are buying the M3 style mirrors, they tend to angle upwards when you mount them (At least in my case). Lastly to adjust the mirror, it's the old school method where you push on the glass to adjust it, because if you have the RS mirrors with the manual adjustment, the adjustment rod is stuck to the OEM mirror (Unless I just didn't do it correctly LOL) I ended up taking mine off and using the OEM mirrors again though. BTW I had the CF style M3 mirrors with the 2 color LED signal {Yellow or Blue}, although I might go with some JGTC style mirrors later on.

Good luck

The JGTC style look good, I also like the bomex flush mount style, but those do hinder visibility a bit. the factory mirrors still look great IMO

But you have to look for the ones that fit our cars haha.

JGTC = All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship or JGTC is a grand touring car race series authorized by the Japan Automobile Federation. In 2005 the series changed its official name to Super GT.

Here's what the series is all about

As for the signal in a JGTC mirror, no they don't have any signals in them.

Lastly, if you want to get an idea on what the F1 mirrors look like on our cars, just look at the F&F Eclipse

Good luck on your choice

Thanks for your help.

Too bad ebay does not sell those mirrors, and to find them that's going to be the fun part.
