I have a few questions about MDF board since i'm making my own sub box.
1. Do you use special screws or something, cause the only way i can screw into the mdf withough cracking it, is if i drill a hole first.
2. Will Elmers wood glue suffice for sealing the cracks and for extra holding power?

Use Liquid Nailz for gluing. It is very strong and will last forever. As far as screws, use sheet metal screws or black drywall screws.

+1 for drywall screws. Specifically the course thread, aviod the fine thread. I always predrill the holes as well and hit em with a countersinking bit so the screw head will sit flush.
