The pass. side window motor finally went and I need to get the window up for the races tomorrow. I can get the actual window up by unbolthing it from the regulator, but how can I keep it up? Is there anyway to jump the motor somehow to get it just to roll up all the way!?

Usew a tiny hammer and tap the end of the motor to loosen up the brushes. Sometimes that will allow you to get one use out of it.
