96079, please help! Wiring problem(kinda long) Posted by LeakyMitsu, Aug-14-06 07:32 PM
i was putting dynamat in my car, so i had all the panels off. i went to turn the dome light on...nothing. so i figured i had ran the battery dead, but the car started right up. the radio doesnt come on either. i checked both fuses under the hood (lights and radio) one of them was blown so i went ahead and replaced both, but neither one will come on still. what in the hell did i do? any ideas would be awesome.

Yea you may have shorted out a wire when putting your panels back in after matting it. I had a similar problem when I was installing all of my components.
