well, just got it today. the guy did a pretty good job but UPS treated it like shit, some of the vinyl came off the edges and some of the edges are dented. once its installed no one will really notice anyways. i put the subs and amps in just to test fit. here's some pics.

Are yu going to put some type of fan by the amps? Dont you think they will get kinda hot in the summer?

Looks nice, sux UPS didnt do such a fine job.

If you don't mind me asking...how much did you pay for it? And the amps and subs didn't come with it either right?

150 shipped off ebay. that guy is from where i used to live. pm'd him once, but decided i didn't want to pay that much for that box when i could build a better one on my own. no offense, it looks pretty good.

yup. i actually payed 250 for mine cause it was shipped to Canada plus he did a couple of little things i wanted like an extra amp rack etc. 1 of the amps will stay cool for sure because if u look at the 3rd pic u can see the amp intake right under the top mitsubishi diamond. i duno about the 2nd amp though. but anyways, ive had a bad experience with sony explodes overheating even when mounted on my rear seats. they almost burned down my car once haha. im sure these ones are alot better since they come with built in cooling or whatever. and no they obviously dont come with the box but i wish. i got them for around $130 (800 watt) each off bigbuycity on ebay. and for the subs, i just took them off the original sledgehammer box they came with.

This reminds me of the IDEA i had...Since im selling my eclipse, i'll give it away!!

See how you have the mitsu cut out, well picture that real big, and picture SIX of those kicker triangle subs. two back to back in each daimond. it would pound and look sweet!

whats funny is i probably helped build your box. we saw it first at nopi in atlanta a few years ago and the first one we built went into my car. Tyler sells a TON of these things. glad you like it.

So did u have to pay duty on the box because it was shiped to Canada. I really want this box. How does it sound did u need to dynamat the trunk or does it sound ok without the sound deadner.

sorry, still have to paint my trunk panels before this thing goes in. not sure how much taxes i payed but it was somewhere around 20-30 bucks. i also had other packages come in at the same time so i'm not sure what exactly i payed tax on. might wanna ask the guy to declare a lower price for u when he ships.
