Well no pics yet, lol. It is still drying. I just wanted to tell everyone that I did indeed change some things on the body including the NSX scoops replacing the rocket launchers on the quarter panel and I also shaved the body line along the lower portion of the doors.
I painted it House of Kolor TruBlue with a white base and a buttload of blue flake with the Blue. I also added some blue pearl to the clear so it will change from 4 diff colors of blue. I will post some pics later tonight after it is somewhat dry. It did come out great, however I did get 2 small runs in each quarter panel, but its nothing that cannot be buffed out. I will not have pics of the whole car put back together until about thursday because I still need to paint the hatch, I just didnt have enough room for it to paint it too. I know "this thread is worthless without pics" but I just wanted to let everyone know, the fast and the furious green is LOOOOOOOOOOONG GOOOOOOOOONE!

Did you paint under the hood or leave it the previous color? I wanna see pics, and I would like to see the actual car eventually I'm from cincinnati and have seen that you live in ohio, nice lookin car indeed.

looks great good choice of color .i cant wait to see more pics . mine is sprayed over white also . it really does make the color stand out . the thing i dont like about it though is that its very hard to match and also when u get a scratch it really shows .

Ya its really nice looking. I will get more pics up tomorrow in the sun hopefully. And no, I did not spray the engine bay, I am going to flat black it.

Ya I spray in my garage. It has a big air duct fan in the middle of it and it sucks out all the over spray. The previous owners had it in here already. I use a gun from Snap On that I bought last year, its a gravity feed gun, real nice. Then just a normal compressor with water filter and regulator.

...woah Seeing those pics brings back memories... I wish I had the talent and place to spray like you do.

lol I was just thinking the same thing, mine needs paint pretty bad and I'd rather have it done by a member than a shop.
Looks really well done and a lot better than before, props for doing it all yourself!

I had one but I lost it when I moved from my apt to my house. It was a $700 camera too, damn me.

I actually started wetsanding the car down again, I am going to reclear it one more time because I am not happy with the pearl in it. It looks darker in some spots than the others. It looks okay, but it sticks out too much for me because I am too picky. So I am going to reclear it all Thursday, and I will get some better pics up for ya guys then.
