The amazing small town road crew was hard at work the other day, tarred the road while my car was parked on it (no signs saying they were fixing cracks that day, either), and splashed tar onto my one rim. It's not like giant dollops of it, its just flecks with a medium splotch in one part, but it looks like shit and I don't know how to get it off. Soap and water obviously didn't cut it, and neither did windex.. I can scratch it off, but it takes a long time and I don't want to scratch the polished lip..
how am I supposed to get this shit off!?!
