It's not totally finished and I still have to do the lower half and prepare gasket surfaces. And yes, it was a pain in the ass to smooth out the casting rough.

Thanks. Forgot to mention, the tb inlet is ported to 60mm too. It was meant for a turbo setup ;)

Ebay! Deluxe small block chevy head porting kit. It comes with enough sandpaper rolls to do two v8 cylinder heads which so far has been enough to port and polish 1 1/2 intake manifolds and one 420a cylinder head and I still have enough to do much more. The coating is plain old high temp engine paint and then to finish it off I baked it in a gas grill for a while. Worked like a charm.
