As you can see the lip of the door jamb was pulled open from the quarter being dented in. Ground effect was ruined, New one only cost 132.00 from dealer.

Cash price was 1700.00 to pain bumper, entire spoiler, quarter, new door skin, paint fender, left and right door handle, and paint ground effects. The mirror and trim are not in the picture because i removed them and didnt get around to installign them when pictures taken. Ground effects are back on as well. You can see the slight imperfection to the door jamb alignment and body line. The best that could be done without ripping the quarter open pulling on the dent.

Blair if you look closely you can see the variance in the door jamb line. The pictures dont show it quite perfect. Its just a tiny bit more noticable.

It did come out very nice. The body shop happens to be my neighbors friend and he did a great job with painting around the quarter glass and the actual finish. It really does look as smooth as the pictures appear. Kinda looks better than the passenger side!

Don't sweat the ridge line not matching up Terry.

When my girlfriend hit my car last year she dented my car in that same exact spot.

I took my interior panel out and beat the shit out of that dent to get that line to TRY and match up. That line is impossible to match back up after it has been dented, and I mean impossible. I beat that dent out myself and and did some handy dandy bondo work and had the 1/4 panel sprayed for 200 dollars from a local guy that does the best low price paint repair I've ever seen.

Been having troubles with things around the house and the eclipse was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Haulled it out to the curb and rammed it with my talon. That outta teach it.

This accident was never made public till now for those of you that had no idea.

I had an accident about 9 months ago. Silver also. As much as it sucks not driving it now at least I know it is safe in my garage because it needs a crank right now. Stupid rod bearings.

I know this thread is old, but for the heck of it, I'd love to see a bigger pic of the car without the sideskirts on it. I've been wondering if one would look a little less ricey without the skirts. Got any bigger pics without the skirts, Terry?

I dont think I do. Those are factory skirts man. The only difference is I dont have the door caps on it. I can get a picture of my sisters new ESI. That doesnt have any skirts on it.

Ehh I was looking at mine today. I guess the body lines would mess it up anyway without the skirts and door caps. It was a nice thought. Man, if they were smooth without the skirts, it would look super slick.

No many cars came without the skirts. The problem for you will be the fact that there are holes in the body and you would need to fill em and paint. The cars look good without the skirts as well.

That's all I have. Ignore the shitty wheels on the car. Those are long gone now.

It looks better now that it is sitting on 17s with low profile tires. I hated those 14s with those balloon tires.

If you dont want your skirts I will gladly take them :P But If they only want 130 from the dealer I might look into it.
