Shes a little dirty in these pics but i couldnt wait. lol
Yes, i still need some rims!! Engine replaced, Clutch replaced, New black and gray Weapon R seats, Sprayed carpets black with Duplicolor spray dye, new black housing projectors from all your suggestions, Stillen front(molded over side markers). Fitment was perfect on the Stillen. By far the best ive had and as you know i've gone through a shitload of front ends. Shes going up for sale this week at a car show. Your comments are welcome and appreciated!

Sweet man.
Just ditch the cheesegradder fenders and banner on your windshield and it would look even better.

If there was nothing mechanically wrong with the car, I'd keep it, rather than sell it. But we all move on to bigger & better things I suppose. Very nice work!!

I cant change them without re-doing the whole car. The fender, skirt and rear quarter are all one peice. Id like to though. It runs perfect but i just had my 3rd engine put in last week. I cant take off the banner, you have no idea how much money that saved me for advertising for him.

Hey Chris, tuck your carpet in under your kick panels.

Then recover the door inserts with some grey vinyl instead of that birthday party patterned stockness.

Looks pretty good though.

I know you are, and i loved the way yours looked. Everyone was questioning how the Stillen would look with the rest of my set-up. It lined up better then i was expecting. I must say, i love it without the big turn markers. What do you think being a former stillen owner?

So...did i tell ya i could pull off the stillen???? lol
lol, It is under the panels. I sprayed it while it was in the car. I was lazy and drunk and shot some on the panels that i havent cleaned yet. Hehe I still need to do another coat anyway. The trunk lid came out great. You dont need to be sober to do that one.

A+++ for the Stillen. I still can't believe your selling, it's so clean and tasteful and the color's like no other (not to mention I never got to see it). Now I really wanna get my invader hood on this weekend. G/L with the Z I can't wait to get behind the wheel of one of those, I still got a year or so though.

Thanks man, It was a hard choice between BC2 & stillen, but im glad i went with stillen. Maybe someone we know on here will buy it. I just cant wait to get the Z. It fits my lifestyle better at this point in my life. Sick of being flashy. And Sloooow. I dont want to sell it, but i could use the money towards the Z. Everyone will say, why not just build your 420a and boost it. Well we all know its not that simple or cheap to make big power in these cars. Lets just say $5000.00 all said and done. Turbo kit, internals, machine work, engine management....etc. And lets not forget tranny, lsd, axles suspension. Think about what i could get out of a 350Z for that money and its RWD and new. So its a no brainer for me. I've put tons of time, effort and money into this car, but its time to go and i will miss it GREATLY.

Glad you noticed that, its ashame, judges at carshows dont even see the difference between my skirts and other blitz highs that were just slapped on. No one ever notices the extra "point" where we tied the skirt into the door.

Originally posted by Star Turbo TalonStillen looks nice, so many of them out there but it does look very nice. Very clean and well done.

I've never seen one in person so its rare around here, maybe because its so old that its not around much anymore.

The dying went good, i still need to do another coat, they are a little rough, but not too bad. I used duplicolor and i probably shouldve used VHT carpet spray dye. When i do another coat and clean it up a bit i'll get some better pics up. Thanks again for the compliments everyone!

cars looks good as always, its sad your getting rid of it. I put my all back to stock and sold everything I had and have gone more in the performance route, but good luck with the Z and hope I get to meet you at the SO this year!

How much are you going to try to get for it? You shouldn't sell it. You are going to lose so much of the money you put into that car. Honestly I don't see anyone giving you more than 7k or 8k for your car. But then again if you find some young rich girl who just got her license you might get 10k for it. Good luck but I say keep it, go turbo, and also get the Z.

Thanks man. I had no idea you went back to stock! I thought about it so many times but its not worth it with this car, thats why its being sold. I'll start over with the clean, performance aspect on the Z. I hope to get out there this year, sounds like fun times and good people.

Yeah, its a given that i will take a major loss, but i dont look at it that way, the money i put into it gave me many good times with the car, it was worth it. I'm shooting for 9K knowing that it will be hard to get. But im also not in a rush to sell it so i can be patient.

I'd def. suggest using a dye/water mix than actually painting it. If you took out the whole carpet and pressure washed the damn thing, you'd be amazed at what comes out. I then had a large barrel and filled it with water and the powdered black dye you buy for clothing (4 pkges) and let that sit for like 3 hrs lol

It came out perfect and even and the fibres feel like normal. It literally looks stock.

Yeah, i would suggest that too. Im still workin on getting some better/cleaner interior pics up. It does still come out a little crunchy with the spray dye, although not too bad. And to the eye it looks stock black.
