Can someone with Cruise Control and a 420a motor snap me some pics of how the cruise is set-up? I am plannign on puttign factory cruise on my RS and want to see how it all mounts up. Thanks

No One can snap me a few shots? Comeoen...I know someone has a pimped out engine bay with Cruise that they want to show off. :-)

If you knew where the cruise control box is located, then you'd understand why no-one has took a pic. for you... The only way you can get in a "decent" (if that) angle to see the box, is if the car is lifted...

hate to bump into your thread here but would be someone be so kind as to use paint and circle what would be the vacume line on this box? I believe when I had my turbo installed they never put the vacume line back on the intake manifold and the cruise will eletronically engage but not hold speed.

The vacuum lines goes from the box it the middle port on your three nipple vacuum port from the factory. If you look at a 2gnt with out cc the middle one is capped.

I obvioulsy dont since my car doesnt have it. Wow, looking at the caps picture below this is going to be a task. Has anyone done this before?

hacking thread again.. still not understand which one is the vacume line can someone just to a mspaint for me. I may have to make a long drive soon and an 18 hour drive without cc will be annoying.

Seriously, I dont care. Any pics are better then none so someone... Get this man a Pic!! I sure as hell don't liek driving 20 minutes without cruise let alone 18 hours.

Just look at your intake manifold. To the back of it way left, ull noticed three vacuum lines comine off a triple tee. The cruise control will be the center tee, mine was capped since I dont have cruise control.
