first off, for a first bike, get something used and i recomend nothing over a 600. this is my second bike, first was a sport touring 600 which i totaled and now i got my 600rr which is a beast. 11.01 @ 128.XXX mph in the 1/4 mile. anyways, back on topic. i pay 200 a month for full coverage on the eclipse and bike through state farm. they gave me the best deal. remember, i'm only 23 so i kinda have to look hard for descent prices. anyways, any other questions feel free to ask.

i got the chin spoiler from rmdsm but i'm not sure if they even make them anymore. you'll probably have to google it or check on dsmtuners. after bondoing, fiberglassing, sanding, and painting the damn thing 3 times, it had to go. plus a 1,000 mile trip from hometown atlanta to lackland afb here in san antonio texas, i didn't want to chance the spoiler. the roads here suck so i don't take her out too much. same with raven. since no one in san antonio can drive, i'm a speed bump waiting to happen. anyways, that's that. hope you find it.

Sick ass bike! I have a 2001 honda cbr600 F4I State Farm is the shit! Full coverage on my eclipse and my bike altogether is 180.00 a month! I'm only 21 !! I Def. Recommend State Farm for bike Coverage.

Nice pics, and you shouldnt have to look that hard for good insurance man. Being part of the military has plenty of advantages as I'm sure you know. I use to pay $3200 a year for my eclipse with full coverage as a civilian. Once I got into the military the hook ups beghan. I now pay $1200 a year and keep in mind I am 19 and have one moving violation.

very nice
i had a deposit on a black 1krr like yours this year but my insurance was going to be more than the bike payment so I settled on the gsxr60

I had a red/black 05 600rr but then I sold it to buy my eclipse. I think I wouldve kept it if I lived anywhere else then the UP of michigan... too cold!

here in san antonio, so many drivers don't have insurance, it drives other people's policies up. yeah, it sucks, but hey, that's why i'm trying to get an assignment out of here.

yep thats where i am at
also i had usaa for my bike insurance on my old bike
i sold it and cancelled my policy
when i checked on insurance for the 1krr usaa doesnt do new motorcycle polices. they just keep up the ones that they already have
i pay as much now for my gsxr600 with state farm as my buddy does for his r1 with usaa

State Farm Bike insurance is cheap for a reason, read your poicy in detail. I have twice the coverage (which wasnt much to start with) for the same money through Allstate. Plus i actually have medical coverage now! With state Farm the passenger is the only person covered over 1k.
Aftermarket parts arent covered on the bike either. They swore mien were covered till i expected them to payout on them when the bike was stolen. Receipts or no receipts, they wouldnt cover squat
