Some kits come cut, some come uncut. It just dependson who manufactured it...It's not really that hard for a body shop to cut out the vents...

I ordered my blitz sides from SCV Motorworks. They were finally tracked to about 25 miles away today. I ordered them about a month ago. I have heard of people receiving kits in 10 days. I got shitted tho. They were 250 shipped, but damn, it took forever.
