If you need any suggestions on redoing the headliner, PM me. I just did mine Saturday in all Black. Currently I am working on doing a write-up for the sun visors. The hardest part about doing your headliner is putting it back in and makeing sure that it all lines up.

I thought there was a step by step with pics under "mods", "appearance installations"?
Maybe it's just me, but I'm definitely not putting bedsheets in my car, no offense Kap.
freelance - If you've got some pics of your install I'd like to see them, I haven't decided if I want to go with black or not, but if I do, pics and the visor writeup would be quite helpful. Thanks,

That is the writeup on a 1g. It has pictures where the 2g writeup does not have pictures. When you go to remove the headliner from the car, take the trim out and on each corner of the headliner is a push pin that holds the headliner in place. Be careful that you do not damage the fiberglass backing. I can have pictures up later tonight if you still want them.

I have the pics, I'm waiting on my ISP to finish their maintenance of the webserver now so I can upload all of them. If you try the sunvisors, they are a PITA. This makes try number three for the passenger side. I will have all the pics uploaded soon though.

visors are VERY simple on our cars, tear off the old material, and the new material tucks in the groove on the edges, trim and tuck, and your done. use a butty knife if you have one, it takes about 20 minutes.

It takes about 20 minutes if you don't do the mirrors. I have mirrors on both visors and I have a thing about it being perfect. As of right now I am on attempt #3 on the passenger side. I still left my camera at my buddies house. I need to pick it up tomorrow when we go pick up his CF hood.

when i redid mine i left the visors off and didn't cut the holes in the headliner for the visor mounts. it looks pretty clean that way. i don't really mind the sun with my polarized shades.. :)

i had no idea come of our cars came with mirrors in the visors :shrug

true about it taking longer to leave in the mirrors, but i work at an interior shop and in 99% of the cars we leave it out, as the material will always creep its way back out, you can save the homelink easy though for the garage door, and i had mine w/o visors for a while and living by the beach, water glare + sunrise and sunset = harsh, had to have em =)

Ahh. Well unforunately I do not work at an interior shop. This is me sitting down doing this all after a long day at work taking my time with it so I do not break anything. The thought did occur to leave the mirrors out though. I still haven't made up my mind yet.
