It would depend on the extent of the damage to the existing panels. Replacement would obviously be simpler, but either way you'll be paying the same for the paint and prep. So, if the labor to repair the damaged parts is more than the cost of the new parts, then buying new parts would be ideal imo.

Repair estimates are free, who don't you stop by a shop and have them look at it?

Edit; When it comes to the front bumper, I would suggest replacing it with a new one.

damn they dropped their prices on front bumpers, 100 bucks shipped isn't bad at all yea do what mike said ^^ depending on the extent of the damage to the fender, get an estimate
