Looking to get a whole car paint job, new side skirts. Maybe a color change... right now its white I was thinking of making it ultra artic white :) Anyone know a good / moderatly priced place in NCAL maybe arround san jo? I'v been getting quotes arround 3k...

If you want a complete paint job, they do run in the 2-3k area. Its because they actually strip the car of everthing. You can always just go with a good paint job that will paint all surfaces and not have the shop remove the interior and engine and what not.
