i did all the work myself including the paint job and im only 20 . dont laugh at me cuz under the hood is white im painting that in a couple months when i rebuild the motor .

which air filter are you talking about . there is a regular kn filter on now . the other one was a ractive carbon fiber , i took it off cause it looked to restricted for a turbo . thanks for all your replys . ill definitly do somthing with the red . the only reason its red is because the car used to be white . red and white looked good together .

It would be pretty sweet if you did a few coats of niteshades over those tails. I'm going to do the same thing, as far as painting the centerpiece, and getting cf altezzas, but I'm going to nightshade the piss out of them, so it will look a lil different.

Red doesn't look bad, but you did take it a little far with the color. The car looks fantastic though.

looks real nice except the red, and i think a turbo spoiler or somethin would look nice. Also a power antenna would look better, i've been wantin to do that but have been a little focused on other shit for now so i just took mine off, i'm sure its not really noticeable but that one pic makes it look bad. i will hopefully be doing that b4 im 20 because of college (UTI Autobody and Collision repair). very nice color, except i love white eclipses more than any other color. i would get rid of the red and put a turbo spoiler on there. also i agree, the foglights have to go. foglights work good on the stock 97-99 bumper, but i just dont like them on bodykits.

on the good side. I love the color (very different) and those rims are f-ing sweet. keep up the good work dude.

Looks good, lose the red, dont put a spoiler on, looks good shaved and get a rear bumper. Your gunmetal idea would work out nicely.

lose the euros, nightshades would look sweet. also I'd get rid of ALL the red - calipers, interior, etc. - maybe go all black and gray in the interior. stay wingless - looks good with a body kit. can't tell for sure if you have a license plate from on, if you do i'd lose that too.

i am planning on putting the gsx wing on , i just dont have the money right now . i also wanted the shave the antenna but didnt have the time . im friends with a guy that has a spraybooth and he let me use it for a couple days since i help him out all the time . i shaved the doors and spoiler , prep the car , masked , painted and buffed the car in 3 days by myself . and the great thing about it is i only paid 3 dollars for 2 unused paint cans to mix the paint in . every thing else was free including the paint for free. good deal or what?lol . yea i dont sell drugs .lol just smoke them lol . i spend pretty much all my money on my car . i got foglights too see the road more than for style . maybe ill take them off when i get a hid kit. oh yea i have shitty sportlines on agx shocks . now can you see why i scraped the kit.lol . and cuz ny is pothole city .i really need a prokit. that front bumper was crackrd in 6 places and i fixed it.

in ny you need a licence plate on both sides . i had mine in the window and stil got a ticket . the cops love giving me tickets as it is. i cant go past a cop without getting pulled over. luckely i got skills in getting tickets dismissed . the last cop pissed me off cuz he wrote on the ticket that i had a honda civic . what a insult . it was real easy to get that one dismissed tho .

no more red. started painting interior over . so far i painted the rear seat black ,planning on painting front ones too . i painted most of the dash pieces so far . i still need to paint the glove box and the gray side console panels . also im going to dye the carpet black .got rid of the red wiper blades by driving fast lol .tore right off . tell me if it looks any better.

You should've molded your skirts. I hate when they're just thrown on and painted. Blitz high lines dont match a door lines at all unless molded. like so VVVV

You deff need to re-do your sides and mold them like Chris did :)

You also need to ditch that front plate and those fog lights. Find another place for the plate, just not infront of the i/c!!!

And lastly, go get yourself a can of rattle can flat black primer or paint and start spraying your engine bay!!!!!

i never molded my sideskirts because i read here that they would crack and ny has the worst roads in the country

You don't need to mold them. Just take off that factory door cap along the bottom of the door then.

and to answer someone's question before. you don't need a paintbooth to do this... I used my garage.

$800 and a lot of time is all it really takes (and an air compressor and two guns).

prep work is a bitch isn't it?! did you have to wet sand that afterward? I had to, damn PPG clear didn't lay down flat enough.

the clear layed down pretty nice but i wetsanded it and buffed it anyway
