Relocated Fuel setup.

All this was yesterday at the Summit Sport Compact Show. Rather good show pretty good turn out.

civic is funny... plate looks like crap... but the fuel relocation thing is pretty cool I think...

the plate looks like a dealer plate just thrown on at random with magnets or something, very sloppy. It would look nicer centered, but to each his own I guess. The fuel fill is pretty cool and original, probably could have been done easier but that probably wasn't the point.

the civic looks stupid, the plate was a waste of money and looks like it was done by a drunk, and the gas thing is cool but i have seen it on another 2g before

yeah, he claims hes going to use the same motors that Cadillacs use for there trunk (where you just barley close it, and it shuts it self **for the uninformed**) to move the fiberglass where his plate is at and the passenger side tail light. At the touch of a botton all that will move..

So a Short=Empty Fuel tank :(

And as for the Civic.. As it was leaveing the show, they had a little misshap with there trailer. They used some wood to as the ramps to the trailer.. the front wheels went up fine.. but the back end was half way up the ramp and SNAP! Busted all his shit up. I couldn't help but laugh.. because it was an ugly ass civic.

I hate that stupid fucking plate idea. I'd like to slap whoever started that shit and thought they were cool doing it. I see that crap all the time out my way.. Usually on hondas though or on a Toyota Tercel.. lol.. Anyway, if I was a cop I would be the asshole that pulls all of them over just to be a prick

I think the first time I saw "the crooked plate look" was like 15 years ago on a lowrider s-10. And it was uber cool for all of them to do it to there tailgates. Though its far from original as they have been doing it(frenching) since late 40's early 50's . From what I read the culprit(s) that made the "Frenched" look catch on was Al and Gil Ayala's Body Shop in East Los Angeles and George Barris. But I really don't think the crooked look was what they were doing. :P

plate looks like shit, ppl with pickups and vans do that, not for dsm! the relocated fuel cap is pretty sporty though
