I already have the turbo wing chilling in my room rite now, the body shop wants $800 to shave the antenna, rear wiper, cover all the holes and mount and install plus paint the back of the car plus the center tail light piece. The Navigation on the other hand is the double din one that fills the entire section where our headunit goes. I could pro-long this for awhile but I need some help in making the decision. Something deffintley being done in the next week or two. I graduate tommorow so I will have alot of free time and money.

If you purchase the Eclipse unit, it would cost you at least a grand or more and you can do it yourself versus spending $800 and having someone else do the body work... :shrug your call

Forget navigation, buy a map book, and forget the body shop. Take the low rise spoiler off, have some one with a welder close the holes for a few bucks (mine was cleaned, welded all holes, and primered if for $50). Put the turbo wing in yourself, and take it to get painted for cheaper then.

Navigation? are you a woman!!? haha

I would do neither, I'd take a crack at painting it myself but that's just me, I don't trust anybody when it comes to working on my car.

:thumbsup Youll be surprised how much money you can save yourself by just doing some work yourself.

Navigationize it! And that's not the only thing that unit does, guys. It's a DVD player and I'd hit anything made by Eclipse.


But yea, either way, that Navi system's a waste of money. :nuts

I want to keep reliability in my car. Trust me I have considered going turbo many times but I always back out because of reliability of my car. I am just trying to get everything worked out with the car because it will have to pull some long distance traveling in a few months and I don't want problems. So the navigation system would be convienent in an area I am not firmilar in. And the turbo wing is just plain sexy. I got it sitting here in my recliner and its driving me nuts.

You should always use what you have available first! You could probably save enough money to get the navi system soon anyways.
