Repainting a car is hard work and takes a lot of time and/or money. I say just keep the car white and spend the money elsewhere and maybe down the line if you get a body kit or what not paint it all then. Just my .02c

Take my advice on getting the car to run right. My main problem with my 2g the past few years is that I have always thrown money on cosmetics and other bullshit and neglected to take care of the things that should have been maintained. Now I can say I am very happy that I have fixed basically every little and major thing wrong with my car in the past week. What good is a car if it looks good but doesnt operate correctly? Maintain the car, get it all ready to be turbocharged then work on cosmetics. Trust me on this
Note: If the paint job is incredibly messed up.. like total fubar.. then just get a macco job to hold you over.

ohhh trust me its totaly fubar... lol my brother completely messed it all up. and for the price of macco i can get it done right my buddy paints cars and he said as long as i help him he will paint it for price of paint. theres nothing wrong with the car other then paint, i fixed every thing else. gave her a tune up, put a new powerstearing pump on. it only has 72k miles on it, and runs unbeleivably good. my brother took care of it when he had it. im prob just gonna get my buddy to paint it white then start saving for exhaust and turbo kit. then after i have the motor out to build it maybe ill paint gunmetal then. thanks

Yah I would say keep it white. That is the color I want now! I want white with gold or bronze rims and lowered. Then the rest all performance!
