well next week im going to send off my baby to the body shop and get her re-done :) i decided to paint her a bmw Maldives Blue over a buddy club 2 :)
the bad news for ya'll ....and me is that i wont be able to see her for 9 wks since i'll be up at basic so i wont be able to post pics when shes done. but rest assured when im back im going camera crazy :P i also need some feedback from ya'll. should i or should i not paint my c/f hood and should i go wingless or stay.

personally i would keep the hood carbon fiber, and i would keep the spoiler, i love those spoilers

Paint the CF hood - it's for weight reduction. You don't want to look like you damaged your original hood and replaced it with a primed hood from a junkyard.

Secondly, keep the spoiler. It's not a wing - we don't drive jets, F1 racecars, or Prototype cars.

Thirdly, I think that it would behoove you to replace the tails with a set of stockers.

I like your car, though, and it will look really good in that colour. :)

Exactly. I hate unpainted carbon fiber hoods except on black cars.

go wingless and put the factory tails back in. paint the cf hood.

yea im going to put the stock tails back in, mabey smoke them a little bit. i do like the looks of c/f but i think it would make the car kinda tacky. im going for a clean look so mabey the c/f will get painted. :)
