quick question i took my front bumper off to put the foggies on and when i put it all back together i forgot the piece of white foam that goes between the bumper cover and the hard plastic bumper. does this piece have to be there? will it hurt anything if i leave it out??? thanx

yea. yea definitly dont need it, yea.
I have nothing under my front bumper except the fmic. thats it. I could easily fit like 10 kilos in there easy.

Acctually the foam part goes into the black bumper under the bumper cover...I don't think the foam will help in any accident. SO long as you have the black supporter in there...You'll be fine, as stated above.

ok guys i get the point stupid question but when it comes to a DSM ive learned there really are no stupid questions. was just checking to make sure it served no major purpose. but thanx alot for the help, the bumper is back together and doing great :0)
