Yes all the wood will be covered with black carpet just like the peice that all the wires are resting on.

Well if anyone needs one, I should still have my templates of the whole bottom layout from when I did the diamond plate in mine.Only paper though.

personally I think you need put some pics on this site, why should tuners get all the glory of your set-up. :+

Why are you mounting speakers in the rear deck cover? It has enough trouble staying in as it is without all the added weight.

I dont know how to post pics on this site. The whole setup is less then 50lbs. And when your boostin 18lbs it doesnt really matter.

I don't think he meant the wieght in general, just on the hatch cover. I like that though for a location. Not sure of the sound quality off the glass for mids, but I like the look of it for a cost effective location.

I didn't mean weight of the system, i meant weight of 6X9's hanging in your hatch cover. I bet that whole thing starts falling out as soon as you punch it once or twice.

Stage 3 is done, next step is just installing the audio. And cleaning it up a little bit. Plus there is a few pics of my car after wash & wax.
