Like the title says. Im gonna give it a shot on making one. I already know how Im gonna make it, I just want to see the actual design to see if theres anything Im missing or something I wanna add. Pics of them on the car would be preferred and so would side shots so I can see the curve designs.

Just idea, so you can shoot it down if you want. What do you think about like a 4" line of LED's on each side for turn signals?

I'm gonna be trying my own lip in a few weeks too, but with fiberglass. (can't afford to make even one CF lip, let alone another one if it cracks). Keep us posted with your progress. It would certainly be useful to me when I try mine soon. And CarbonfiberRST, I agree with you that the design can DEFINITELY be improved.

Let me know when you do this, i've been wanting one but that design is a little too simple, BTW LEDs would make it borderline ricy IMO.

I think CF Lips are some of the sexiest things we can do to our car

So let me know what you guys think should be improved. When you say shorter, do you mean thinner so its not so close to the ground? The more opinions you guys give me, the more I can build one that you guys like.

I think they poke out too far also, it looks funny.. so make it smaller in vertical heigth and how far it sticks out infront of the car should be maybe 1/2 or an inch less... looks kinda silly almost imo

Or make one like the lower peice or the upper peice of the skyline lip as shown below

yeah thinner so that it is not so close to the ground, maybe take half an inch off it length and width wise so it doesn't jut so far out either.. cuz the way the lip is right now, it is really really easy to smash.

i bought that aero1 front lip too... ive been waiting on it for over a month. i think the LED thing is a cool idea, agree with the other statement that 4" might be too big. i need a lighting accent because i cant have fogs because of my fmic. keep us updated
