Hey guys...i was wondering...i wanted to keep the color scheme of red and tan for my 97 eclipse...is there a website or a shop that i could get pricing for my inside of my car to be painted red/tan carbonfiber...if anyone has any info....reply back..thank you!!!

No, he wants a tan colored carbon fiber, and I don't think they make those bro. I've only seen red, green, blue, and yellow.

it can be done
tan base, there is a new pattern sorta thing you can lay on top, spray through it with black and if you are all clever about it, it will resemble carbon fiber. there is a guy on here that posted up awhile ago about some kind of coating process that had a great CF effect, maybe they can help you out

it can be done tan base, there is a new pattern sorta thing you can lay on top, spray through it with black and if you are all clever about it, it will resemble carbon fiber. there is a guy on here that posted up awhile ago about some kind of coating process that had a great CF effect, maybe they can help you out

That stuff looks more like black and grey vinyl.


I think this post is asking for red and tan carbon fiber. Carbon is a blackish grey color naturally and the only way to get red/green/blue CF is to weave in strands of other material to create the extra color. There's no way to make red/tan CF and I know for a fact it doesn't exists.

well if u go with carbon kevlar u will get a black and tan look... its the closest thing I can think of.

Just go with red cf and leave the tan accents.............would look pretty good imo

i dont know if you know what you are even talking about.... but... the only way to get any color is to change the weave. and YES they do have color combos but they only have red/black, blue/black, and yellow, black... unless (like someone else said) u use kevlar. do your research before you decide on n e thing. how do u plan on red/tan interior? do u mean your seats? or like dash pieces and stuff??? they make interior piece covers (www.carbonwerks.com) but if you want interior you could always go with tweed of the "carbon fiber look" material they make shift boots out of. remember carbon fiber is covered in resin and has to be molded even though it is a "fabric". i hope i helped. im obsessed with cf and my car will be 70% carbon fiber by the end of the year so if you need help with n e thing feel free to pm me...

No really... it does look nice. I had some custom tan and black vinals for the front seats made 2 years ago when the car was stock, and I dont have the heart, nor the wallet, to change them. They look so nice, so I'm sticking with the stock tan and black interior with some CF since my subs in the back have the CF in the cone as well.
