i wanted to see if anyone knows where i can buy a decent set of projectors. i have the apc's but they fog up and they have dirt inside of them, is this a common problem?

Clean them out and then seal them up with clear silicone. The seals on aftermarket lights are shit so you have to go over them yourself.

If there is dirt in them...you are going to have to slap them in the oven to pull the lense off. Do a search on how to take about the headlights and it'll tell you how to do it.

I am trying to turn over a new leaf because the car I'm buying in the next couple of weeks has projectors, they are badass bi-xenon projectors, but projectors nonetheless...

Honestly dude, I think you should read up. There is absolutley nothing wrong with projectors if you get decent ones. Bi-Xenon are the best. Don't look down on projectors because of E-Bay branded ones those arent high end ones like Bosch, Stanely, Valeo, etc. So what are you getting that has Bi-Xenon projectors?
