Can I clear coat it or something? I want to polish up some stuff on my quad but want it to stay nice even after I wash it. I hate spending hours detailing only to have it look like crap again after one wash.

Of course. Just clearcoat it. It also depends if its a high heated area. If so, you need to get high temp paint.

i never tried it...but im considering ordering a bottle...that "zoop seal" stuff? iv seen it advertised on spike on their "power block" on saturdays. they say it polishes and leaves some sorta protective coating to keep it looking good for a few months or so.

If you really want it to last a long time and still be durable then I would suggest getting it clear ANODIZED. Way better than spray clear, won't chip and looks like regular aluminum.

now the shit i use to polish stuff is flitz, I SWEARE THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SHIT I HAVE EVER USED, for real tho, its awsome and it only takes a lil bit, the only place i was able to find it tho was boaters world, you need the tube that looks like a tube of tooth past, not the bottle the stuff in the bottle isnt as stong
