thats the color i chose on doing my widebody. you cannot do it. im giong to be the one of the only dsm's out there witht his color damnit! you know how long it took me to find out what it is!?!?!?!?!
well i will be nice, House of Kolor candy apple green with BC04 basecoat and yellow pearl clear. :) once you find the price on paint, you wont wanna do it any more!

Are you two serious? What a gross color, bleh. I'm all for cool paint jobs (minus the 4billion stickers) but that is just nasty.

i like it because its brite and different. I have NEVER seen a DSM this color before. same as you dont see many widebody eclipse/talons, i want something different.

uhhhhh I guess as long as you like it will be nice. Who cares what everyone else thinks as long as you like it. I peraonslly wouldnt have my car painted that particualr color because of the bright ass lime green it is. House of Kolor is fuggen EXPENSIVE paint and from what I've been told, its not easy to lay down... dunno if your gonna do it yourself, but if you are and your still learning, I would say start spraying with something other than HOK.

You should go to your local parts/paint shop and look at the HOK chips to see if there is other colors that look nice or even other base coats with a green kandy. Even take the ship book outside in the sun, you'll be blown away at the sparkles and flip flop colors.

I like the color... so it really doesn't matter if any of you like it... it doesn't look like a F&F wannabe... esp if your going with OEM style body...

House of Kolor's kandy paints are really nice looking, but really hard to match unless you take it back to the same painter down the road. A lot of painters will customize the mix a bit too, making it even harder to match. If you like bright colors, check out the tangerine they have too.

The paint cost itself really isn't much more than PPG paint. Some of the ice pearls can add up in cost though. I was debating between the PPG RSP color I have and house of kolor kandy burple for a long time. But my friend already had the kandy burple, so I went with RSP.
