lol you are all wrong... Thats a fake pic. It was setup and shown on the news and TV as a public service announcement about street racing. It came out about 2 years ago. Why would there be a state trooper on a side street in denver. It would be a denver police car if the picture was real. That area is no where near a major highway or anything.

There are 2 wrx trooper cars, but Ive only seen them on the highways. They got the cars from taking them from street racers. They started impounding cars for 30 days the first time your caught. The second time your caught you dont get your car back. It either goes to auction or they used it for something. Last time I went to the auctions there had to be a dozen riced out hondas there for sale. There weren't any good cars, just crappy hondas

Well I don't know about Colorado, but every other state I've ever been in allows Staties to pull you over anywhere anytime, not just on major highways.

I don't know bro, check out her site there in her sig. She is blonde and so is the girl in the pic. She also has body work pics under her hobbies section, the her car is the same yellow color, with the same side skirts, the same rear bumper, and the same wing (stocker w/ the high wing mounted to it). I'd say there is a really good chance that is her. And also look at that street, it's a perfect place to race, there's nobody there...

If memory serves me right, that is her in the picture. And like pitchblack said, it was staged.

pitchblack, there are alot of cops that use undercover cars like that though, ive seen some highway patrol officers in black SRT-4's in Cleveland where I live.

becuz ppl like these (civic with fart cans) think they are king shit...someone has to put them in their place sometimes :)

That wrx isnt under cover. Thats the color scheme for all the troppers cars out here. So where ever the undercover part came from Im not sure. Heres one of their regular cars and one of their cameros...

first of all i wanna thank madhatter210 for giving me that site i've just sent him an email and hope to hear back from him soon!

If anyone else has any other ideas for a place to build custom hoods plese do post!

as for the picture.. it is staged, It is a campaign for the state troopers "Alive at 25" campaign The owner of the STI is my friend who is a photographer for the state patrol he decked his ride out for the photoshoot. My car is in there as well as my friends mr2. It is me on the ground with the mr2 owner being arrested. We have pix at the bandimere race track as well for the "take it to the track" which is what the troopers sponsor (our test and tune nites) one of these pix are on http://solareclipsegur.onlineshowoff.com in my section. We did the photo shoot last october before i took my car apart. and so far has not been used in any media yet. Is supposed to be put in the side of busses and billboards in the near future tho. but it was fun and it came out lookign pretty sweet. I can say the patrol here can pull u over even if yr not on the highway and they do use confiscated (cant spell) cars for nabbing street racers. I know they have a black Prelude decked out and a black 96 supra as well which is mainly used in the thorton/westminister area.

We've got undercover camaro's here in detroit... but i've only seen maybe 1 or 2... The cops seem to be pretty obvious about their cars here... Ford Crown Vic's or Impala's
