On a serious note, I suggest watching fast and the furious, and 2fast 2furious 3 or 4 times each for some ideal options to post a monster 'cant see shit on the left side of my windshield' tach with huge warning light.

They've got some nice tach's in that movie...

I've never understood why people need shift lights. If you aren't familiar enough with your car that you need a light to tell you when to shift, you should trade it in for an automatic ford taurus or something.

I can tell by the song my engine sings exactly when its time to shift... you should be able to as well.
