I made molds of the side panels in the hatch. They face towards the back and too the glass. Thoughts and opinions please.

it'll be hard to tell if they are good or not before you put them into the car & bondo them. So far, so good though. Bondoing is about 70% of the work of making a fiberglass box though, I hope you have a power sander :D have fun

I have a 6" and a 3" D.A. and plenty of Rolocs. Im not putting any bodyfiller on it anyways. Im reinforcing the inside of the whole thing with Resin/Silica Expander. Then a little sanding on the outside, then I carpet it. I dont want to paint it.

They look alright but I would have to see them in the car to understand how they look and everything. When I built boxes before with fiberglass I just had to use a ton of layers that way they were real strong, I never used any bondo. Good luck man, keep up the good work.
