Bondoing is about 70% of the work of making a fiberglass box though, I hope you have a power sander :D have fun | |

Im reinforcing the inside of the whole thing with Resin/Silica Expander. Then a little sanding on the outside, then I carpet it. I dont want to paint it. | |

When I built boxes before with fiberglass I just had to use a ton of layers that way they were real strong, I never used any bondo. Good luck man, keep up the good work. | |
