like it says, bunch of asses, i recived x1 fenders from them, and the drive side fit fine, but the pass was short 3in lenght wise and 5 in vertically, i contacted them , sent me thru hoops about pics, got them their pics, tried to explain its defective, they told me it needs to be "modified" to me, when u have to add 3in lenthg wise in FB amd 5 in vertically, that seems like its a little much,, its obvious this was a deffective fender, but they wouldnt do anything , now they just ignore my emails. so their "NO B.S" gaurentee is really just BS in itself, they dick around and wont stand behind a product whatso ever, all i wanted was 4 them to swap me fenders, not a big deal, but F-them, so i give you my advice, steer clear, you might get lucky and get a decent part, but odds are you wont and when u do get a shitty part, ur f'd., jus a heads up, thanx so if any one knows a good vendor for fenders and the fits good, !PM ME! thanx

they are a bit pricey on shipping, but i have never, ever had an issue with fitment from them. I used to buy alot of stuff through them ricing out my community up north.

how did you pay for your stuff? if you used a credit card, you can possibly get your money back from then, are they are better business bereau company do you know? if so, turn them in.

If you used a credit card through paypal you should have recourse through your credit card company. Most often the cc requires you return the product. I would return it to them with a tracking number so there is proof you sent it and then report it to the cc company or at least call the cc up before you ship it back and ask them what recourse you have to recover charges. Has worked for several friends that recieved bad parts.
