sure, peole are ASKING and WANTING alot of things...but the reality is that most people in the DSM community cant afford or dont wanna shell out the cash for CF parts other than fenders and hoods. just because people are asking dosent mean they are being made. one of the few custom manufactures of CF body parts is squidskins...but peple say they have to BEG them to get stuff made. and yeah, you being a spyder is even more rare...so it means less people willing to do it and more money.

alright thanks bro. so now if im understanding it proper, currently they do not make them and basically i wont find a place to do it since itd be a custom job.

anybody hear of it, let me know. id rather buy something like that than spend about 300 to fix/paint my current trunk

you pretty much understand right. as i stated earlier..DSM people generally arent big spenders...and the MFG's have realized this. they arent gonna put forth the effort to make molds and everything...when very few people will buy them. it seems that us hatchbacks are finally getting a c/f hatch made...but i think they are still pretty new...and who knows how long they will be around since i dont forsee too many being sold. your probably the first person iv ever heard asking for a spyder trunk made....so you can bet its probably not happening any time soon unless its a completely custom job...and our cars arent exactly gaining popularity as they age.

it seems alot of mfg's wheather it be for performance or for looks are droping dsm parts alltogether. no use in begging us to buy if they can make money hand over fist with the honda crowd.
