this may be a good write up so admin if you like please post it somewhere on the main site because i don't have a website or anything

So after you get the door panel off of the car you have to pull up the plastic at the bottom of the door to gain access to the tracks. Oh btw the best way to do this is to dismount your window switch from under your door panel because you want to be able to move the window when your back there, so hook the switch back up after you dismount it. Now when you remove the door panel and all make sure the window is about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down that way when you peel the plastic you see the tracks. There are 4 attachments that hold your glass inside your door, and two on the element in the middle that raises and lowers your window. Then there is one on each side that is mounted to the tracks to keep it online. Now all you have to do is tighten the mounts. The problem is the mounts have a flat piece in the center and a bolt piece that comes out of either side. One side goes through a hole in your actual glass to a round retainer on the other side of the glass, the other goes through the mount. So what that means is on the backside of the glass there is a little circular piece that you have to tighten first. (That’s the hardest part is getting your hand in there to do it) Then on the side that is closest to you, you have to tighten the bolts, but be careful do not over torque they will break and nobody in town has them trust me.

yeah my whole retainer fell out and threw my whole window out of aling. Who is the engineer who thought," hey, lets attach a piece of plastic to the metal frame of the door with tar." I kept getting that shit on my arm and I had to shave my arm hair. fixed my window again. that was maybe a month ago, window is rattling again...

yea that pissed me off too it took a while to get that s out of my arm hair and i got some on my fase and my seat it still isn't out of the seat

You mean tighten the bolts on the bottom of the glass?
It's not those felt spaces held by hex nuts that run along the top of the door??

I have one problem. The thing that rolls the windows up and down.
Its the only thing thats preventing me from fully removing the door cover. HelP! =(
