Are the stock gauge needles solid orange or can the orange be sanded off or removed some how? If so are they just clear once the orange is removed? Thanks

they are clear once sanded/stripped. razorblade works fine, just dont use nail polish remover, it will make it look cloudy

^ What he said.. But does anyone know how to color them better? I have blue bulbs in now but I would like to make my needles red, to give off that look of the gauges on the new TLs.

what you are looking at is a LED kit. I have the blue one new in the box but never used it. you remove the needles, remove the orange paint on them and install the LED's under them and hook up the transformer. just like overlays.
