7739, Gauge pod identification.... help....

Does anyone know where I can get one of those trim pieces for our stock gauges that has the gauge pods molded into the corners? I saw it on another car and thought it was cool. I hope you know what I am talking about. It is the dash trim piece around our stock gauges. Please help.
