does the cover come off without removing the air bag? the edges of mine are all curled up and shit. idk if it's from the air bag being set off with a previous owner. anyways if i find a car with a nice one can i just pull it off and swap it with mine? or do i hafta remove the whole airbag assembly an crap?

We removed the passenger air bag in my roommate's 95 GSX race car. The cover is riveted to the air bag assembly on the bottom and hinged on the top. We had to use a dremel to remove the cover.

Yeah, mines is coming off a little, but its common with all the Eclipses. I have seen some so bad, that just the middle piece is holding on, and the sides are curled in. Just rip it off, and they have a website where they sell carbon fiber covers. I'll link it up when I find it.

When I replaced my stocker steering wheel I did so.

I have an airbag that is good you can just replace that one with.

Its black and if you want I can sell it to you really cheap.

speaker box carpet or the fabric used to make sweatshirts (fleece) works really well... fleece costs a bit more I believe but soaks up a lot more resin, but box carpet is a bit more cooperative when it comes to most situations. Resin, I dunno, ask aggression :)
