Sup guys.
I have really shit problem with my driver side door lock.
My car is a GS comes with power door lock and window (stock ones)
And for the past 12 months, my driver side door lock has been having some problem with the power lock. like works for 3 months, then doesn't work for 2 weeks. and within that 2 weeks, it try to open/close, but not enough power seems like.
So 2 weeks ago, I took it all apart (the motor of the power lock) since I finished insulating the doors. And I replaced the motor. and it is not POWERFUL enough to open it.
So I am like...fuck and now for the past 5 days, more weird things happened.
It locks and open sometimes but when it doesn't move, it is JAMMED, like the lock is STUCK. I can't lock the door with key, inside, outside. I have to take the door panel off, and PUSH IT HARD with a screw driver from the inside of the door. I AM IN NYC. this is not acceptable.
Please help guys.
I called Mitsubishi and that damn lock mechanism costed $270. can anyone help me? get me a used one from junk yard? or does anyone of you has an extra?
I tried all junk yard around NYC, they don't have a powered eclipse.

I had stock power locks which failed.
You can do what I did and just hook up some of those heavy duty door lock actuators that you can get off ebay for $20 a pair shipped.
