Just curious, are all other Eclipse owners as annoyed as I am when some thoughtless assholes rams his door into our door leaving a perfectly round reminder on our ride??? I am fed up with door dings, and have tried everything. I even tried that Ding King crap, which I new wouldn't work, and guess what??!! It didn't! I'm just venting. Need a way to cope with them. Perfect bodylines, and then WHAM...ding.
Anyway, I feel better now that I bitched a little. Happen to anyone else???

yes, we've all felt this way...next step is to start parking in east bumblefuck where nobody can open doors into your car....it's what i started doing :thumbsup

Yeah OMG eclipses are like.. door ding magnets or someting I swear. I have 80bajillion of em :( Gonna get 'em pulled eventually.. but you could always park at an angle an take up 2 spots :)

One of my pet peeves is ppl who don't know how to open their goddamn door w/out slamming into someone else's vehicle.

Park as far away from the door as possible because nowadays people are just too lazy to bother with it. I have yet to be hit, and San Diego is pretty crowded these days, being summer don't help at all either.

Dude I know how you feel. I walked out to my car after work one Sunday a couple of months ago to find a HUGE dent over my rear driver's side wheel. I'm still pissed about it. I also have yet to have it fixed haha.

I got this plastic strip that goes down the side of my door its painted red. bout 36" off the ground. It's funny because today I was actually thinking about getting it removed because i wanted a sleek body line. Note.. this was stock.. but i never saw it on any other eclipse but mine.



Its hard to see but look towards the middle of the door.. you can see it faintly.. sorry i have no other pics.
