im trying to get ideas of what i wanna do with my trunk. so post pics of your custom built trunks, perferably not fiberglass as i do not wanna go that route. thanks

Here's a pic of the trunk in the eclipse when I had it. Everything was made w/mdf and then carpeted w/carpet from Home Depot. Nothing was hooked up though since I sold the car before I got around to it.

that looks pretty good. what did you use for your rear strut bar cover things? it looks like you have a rubber gasket there or something that makes it look cleaner.

It's actually wire loom.

lol.... THANKS!!!! BUT... I say nothing special because its not hooked up yet. Notice I don't have any amps... AND no enclosure for the amps either. I'm going to make a clean enclosure behind the back seat to cover up that nasty gray backing, but until I actually have that with amps and it's hooked up then I say its nothing special. I have a 1400 watt MMATS amp that I shipped off like 6 months ago that I'm waiting to get back.... and I cant make the enclusure yet because I need the EXACT mesurments of the amp for the enclosure for what I'm wanting to do. its sad NOT TO HAVE BASS :(

crazy eclipse has a badass setup

i did somewhat the same thing as eclipsedrivr (got the idea from him..thanks BTW) by cutting out a larger area and using trim...except instead of loom, i used those door edge guards you buy at walmart...looks pretty good imo

The box goes right into the spare tire compartment for air space.

I finally got me mah (lots of inches) rims last week, lets pray that I dont need to use a spare for whatever reason....
And my spare would be hanging inside my trailer... just in case. ;)
