can someone give me the exact size of the fog light opening on the bomex front bumper. please only list the size for the genuine bomex piece, not the replica. or note that your measurement is on a replica. i need to start shopping for an HID fog light kit that will fit these holes properly.

It has like a 4" hole. Depending on if you get the real Bomex or a knockoff (which there really is no difference)the hole size might change a little. Mine was 4"'s though.

Try contacting Bomex? I would measure mine for ya but it is 1200 miles back at my parents house, and I have never put fogs in the holes.

yeha i ordered the genuine bomex, but bomex themselves will not give measurements if you call them...it's actually in their FAq that they won't do that...too much trouble i guess. can anyone confirm that they are exactly 4"? im planning to get the PIAA P-9000 fog lights, which are about 4" i think, but i need to know the exact size of the bomex holes. hate to order a $250 pair of fog lights and have them not fit.

just trim out the holes to fit exactly or fill them with bondo.

that isn't exactly feasable because the holes are 3-dimensional...meaning you cant cut them to be bigger without rebuilding the fiberglass to a larger version of the same shape. also, you cant fill the holes in with bondo if they are too large because that makes the fog lights a permanent install...when the bulbs go out, you're fucked. i would like the lights to be the exact size as the holes, or within about a half inch.
