I have the suspension working, sort of...I have the left side JACKED all the way up!! Right side is further down, but the car is not moving on its own. I had to bring it home on a trailer because both local alignment shops in my parents hometown could not drive my car up on the racks. I have about 1.25" clearance on the rear and about 3/4" on the front...it's nighttime, but here are a couple pics.

Before I go and get an alignment done, I have a very important question to ask everyone here. With this suspension setup it is very rough, but stiff. I think it is meant for a racing application, I have the spring adjusted as HIGH as it will possibly go. I have very little clearance.
My question...
Should I stickw with this, get an alignment, see how I like it, or ditch it now, sell it off, and buy some pro-kits and some good struts?????
Opinions wanted

I'm thinking the second choice would be better in the long run.

im guessin coilvers right??? well it really depends on your ride quality... you dont really wanna sacrafice ride for looks... since you say its stiff and its on the highest point right now, usually as time goes on you'll wanna raise your car not drop it more.... id go for pro-kits and shocks.....the ride will be almost stock but at a very aggressive looking stance...

With suspension....I always sugest doing it the 'right' way. Coilovers are not the way to go...the ride is terribly rough, and honestly...what is the point? YOu have coilovers so you can adjust your height....well once you align your car and camber at one height, if you cahnge it it will all be out of spec.
I say get some nice springs and struts and be done with it.

the way your car handles is whats the most important over everything!! you can't have power without control...
I think our cars were meant to hover....

I dunno man, honestly, i think thats WAY WAY WAY too low. i think you should sell the suspension setup asap and get good struts and springs. I have been doin alot of research lately on this, and the best option for under 1k is Koni Sport(yellow) struts with H&R springs

I am having a very hard time with this. I have to raise up the right side tonight and I'm going to mock up my new wheels and see if they are going to rub/fit. If they do not fit, the suspension is definitely gone, if it does fit, I'm still going to think about swapping in something else.

Looks good, but 99BBTurbo's is sweeter. hehe JK. Keep adjusting the height till you get it evened out. I spent weeks + 2 alignments trying to get the ride height evened out. Coilovers > springs shocks, and don't let anyone tell you different.

I'll admit it, 99GSBBTurbo is definitly sexier. It is hard to top that paint job, 19" rims, and a CF hood, but I've got a different color, slick 18's, sweet coilovers, and more HP. :)
I still like 99GSBBturbos car better.
