OR maybe you just bought a crappy one.
I think depending on who cut it the can look great. Mine does and so does BoostedGS's.
And I would consider it a mod.
mod= modification. you are changing the way the interior looks therefore modded.

I'd rather have real carbon fiber replacements than some stick on stuff. I don't have the kit, but I have seen it on other people's cars and just thought it looked cheap. It was that carbon fiber look crap. I have the arm rest cover from carbonwerks and it looks great though.

the kit I have is made from laser cut real carbon fiber and then clear coated. its not that vinyl overlay crap. That shit does look cheap cuz it is.
Real carbon fiber has a 3 dimensional look to it. vinyl does not.

Here's the only pics I could find of mine. Pictures don't really do it justice though, the flash makes it hard to see.

What kit is that? and does it cover the doors? I should have mine by the end of this week but it looks like this....
Im waiting to get my brackets so I can put my seats in and take some pictures!! Once they come in I'll have a bunch of pictures up :) and the dash kit surrounding my DVD player should be one of them :)

Honestly I'm not sure what type of kit it is. It was on the car when I bought it. It does have pieces for the doors as well. The only part I added is the CF bezel for the gauge cluster.
