been out for a while now that kit. I dont like it at all personally but to each his own as they sway. Still wonder why the h**l they made it for the supra lights though?? A DSm is a DSM....period!

but is the kit bolt on with all the pieces?

its not listed as a 'full kit' so im assuming its not complete?

i would not call it bolt on as im sure the kit will need work to look right.

i think it looks cool as just the rear, but i dont like the sides where they make it a "wide" body kit. i think that is gay. the shape of the 2g should be left untouched.

i still love the supra though, bad ass car imo.

quasi-old kit...IMO its the nicest non-stock looking widebody kit out there. Can't say i agree with the supra tail light only decision...but its pimp for a show car IMO.
As far as a complete bolt on...i don't think it is...Where would the rear quarters bolt to?? I am pretty positive they are molded on...same with the gas door.

These people should really paint their cars and put rims on before showing them off. as it stands, that is really ugly.

I HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE tail light conversions.... first off, they never look right and also, if you want supra tail lights, BUY A SUPRA!!!! same with headlight conversions, if you like those lights more than an eclipse, why did you buy an eclipse? just my opinion though as i am titled to one but i am sure MANY MANY peeps out there will agree with me! btw, those front fenders and quarter panels make the doors look fugged up. Looks like some phat ass hillbilly that just got done sueing mcdonalds cuz their fat ass son got even bigger from eating soo many tasty fries had just ran full blast into the side of the door and knocked it in a good foot or two .... i could go on forever but its time for some good ol' beer. good luck with that thing!

Its nearly impossible to make a door as wide as a widebody kit as the door will hit the fenders.
As for tail light conversions....MKIV Supra $15,000...eclipse + supra tail conversion $7,000...maybe $9,000 with custom paint and a full body kit with some other work done. Personally, i have seen supra tails on so many cars that i don't like how they look on supra's.

Now go enjoy a whole shitload of beer IMO...i sure have :thumbsup

if you want a wide kit, atleast do the NSX kit, only one that looks decent and now i am treating myself to some ice cold beer.

the pictures are crappy. anyone have better pics? looks like you would have to mold the doors as well...

i believe the nsx kit is the OTHER widebody kit available...i jus forgot the name...i believe there are four...possibly five...for our cars.

Considering the kit aint bolt on gonna have a lot of fabricating and fiberglassing to do since you have to mold the pieces together in order for it to look decent other wise im sure it will look like crap oh well to each thier own i always say if you dig it get it but be prepared for a lot of body work and if you dont do body work be prepared to dish out even more cash to get it installed preoperly

yes ... a simple bolt on wide body kit will look like absolute shit ... everything has to be molded in to make it look right... go on cardomain.com and find the white eclipse with the NSX widebody ... its the only decent widebody out there ... the quwhees makes an eclipse loook like it came from mars and its rediculous and the kaminari wide kit just flat out sucks and the supra one is goofy cuz if you love supra lights, you should have bought a supra ... no tail lights conversions ever look good from my stand view. like ^^^ said, to each to their own though!
