72425, I found 95-96 specific projector headlights! Posted by ughhhead, May-20-04 10:30 AM
Hey there, i was just cruising ebay and found projector headlights made specifically for 95-96 talons/eclipses. i never knew they made 95-96 projectors. have they done this for a while and i am just slow, or is this something new? i've been looking for projectors for a while and have never seen 95-96 projectors. i've just been thinking the only way to eliminate the gap for 95-96's is to either do a front end conversion or play with fiberglass. i'm sorry if this is old news. if it is... well... flame away! here's an ebay link for the projectors... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33710&item=2479514319&rd=1

Those really look like the 97-99's.... On the site it says 95-99 which means, I guess they will FIT in a 95-96 BUT... I bet you'll have a nasty gap... I'd say see what you can do with fiberglass to put those 97+ lights in your talon, that would be neat because I love the fronts on the talons...
Talons are just sexy IMO.

holy shat.....$40 for shipping? they are sweet, but for 250 dollars i can spend it elsewhere. i can life with my OEM smiley lights..they just need to be cleared and painted. they do look hot tho....good choice for anyone with a smiley show car, or a kit with the 2ga headlight config. good find!

i was going to do an eclipse conversion, but i think instead i'll just stay wingless and grab a pair of the projectors, i think they look super bad ass. it's also nice to know that i won't have to look at a nasty looking gap with these ones. believe me, when i get all painted up and have these babies in, i'll most definitly be posting some pictures. :thumbsup

how much you paying for the conversion...isnt it like 1500$...not worth it IMO, our headlights are just as cool, if it was less though, id do it.

Of course, if you really wanted them that bad, you could've just picked up a pair of old lights from the trader or something and made your own. :shrug It's not like our headlights are a complex piece of hardware. :P Still, it is good to see those things after all this time.
