Hey guys.. my first post :)

Well i have a 95 GS ... nothing special done yet, just white 17's, clear tails and intake...


I'm wanting to get the urethane blitz kit, however some places say its "95-99" and others say "97-99" only.... I also see the same thing with the projector headlights... 97+ only...


So whats the difference in the 95-96 and 97+.... i know the 2 models have different bumpers. So i guess my question is will the blitz urethane fit a 95... and will the projector lights also fit...

Also, wheres the best prices on the net for these things... i have found the urethane blitz kit on ebay for under $600 but i've herd alot of stories about them not fitting very well..

ill be the first to say .........USE THE SEARCH! ............but there is a difference in the headlights that is why the bodykits say 97-up i belive its the 97 that are slightly smaller and will have a gap correct me if im wrong tho :thumbsup

it's been my experience that forum searches dont give very good results...


I guess im not really asking "the difference" to make it more clear...


will the 97+ body kits and 97+ projector lights fit a 95 without any modifications?

Both bolt up the same, the look is just different.

There will be a gap using a 97-99 bumper w/ 95-96 lights, but it isn't TOOOO bad, but isn't perfect. If you're a perfectionist then don't do it, if you can live with about 3/4'' - 1'' gap then go for it, it will fit. Oh and welcome to 2GNT.

I'm going to get the blitz kit and projectors at the same time i just wanted to make sure they both fit and bolt right on without any modding.


just out of curiousity are there any other nice eclipse forums besides dsmtuner...

alot of aftermarket bumpers will need some degree of modding to fit right, modding to the bumper that is, not your car.

NO. this place rocks. If you stick around for a month you'll be addicted IMO. Everyone here is cool. Even Evan2.

No there is a gap if you use the 95-96 bummber with the 97-99 headlights. The 97-99 headlights are smaller you just had it backwards
