71665, Evo hood on 2g? Posted by TapRooT, May-01-04 12:37 PM I recently got in an accident and my VIS Extreme GT hood is kinda messed up. My mom kinda backed into my car and cracked the clear coat on the hood a bit... So I'm tryin to decide what hood I should get now? I was thinking about the VIS C/F Evo Hood but just don't know how it will look on my car? What do you all think? | |

Posted by BuckNutty, May-01-04 09:53 PM well...you have the blitz kit which is kinda jagged n whatnot....So i would rock what you have IMO....The Evo is kinda wierd, and is personally not liked on my behalf...OEM looks good but i think it would look too plain on your car...Honestly...a fiberglass predator hood would look pimp IMO...aka the hood that Cyan had on his ride. | |

It kinda takes the sharp front lines of the front bumper straight up to the hood of the car. The lines flow well. I would probably go that route. I can't decide on Extreme GT or Invader for my BC2 kit. | |

It really looked good on the car, and as I said before the picture doesn't give the car justice at all. The hood is extremely nice and if I wasn't getting the evo hood I would have got that one again. I've got so many compliments on that hood from people. It's extremely nice if you get it you'll like it trust me. | |
