71042, What to use to take out light scratch on side skirt/side of car? Posted by blinkbizkit500, Apr-19-04 08:00 PM
I had some painted door panels drying on top of the freezer in my garage, and wouldn't you know it, they fell on my car just now! There's a couple of scratches now on the car and they don't look deep, but I tried to wipe them off with a wet towel and they're still there. The paint on the panels were dry by the way. Anybody know anything that will take the scratch out without hurting the paint? Thanks

depending on how deep it is Meguiar's scratch X with a power buffer works wonders
again it all depends on depth

I agree with Meguiars ScratchX, but when I used it, I noticed it looked flawless on, but after raining or washing the car, the scratches showed again. Oh well, though - that dosnt prevent me from using it. It's some gooooood shit!
