Hey all, I found more pics of the GD2000 Civic that our body shop did. I'm really close to deciding to paint my car this exact color...what do you guys think? That, or PPG Royal Sapphire Blue. I think the SLK Bahama Blue may be a bit too purple for me...what do you guys think?

Here's the Supersonic Blue with blue pearl:

Man that hood on the civic is horrible.....anyways I think you should go with PPG Royal Sapphire Blue. I think it is my most favorite color....besides Northstar White ;-)

Uhh are you saying PPG Supersonic Blue or PPG Royal Sapphire Blue would look good? PPG is the brand of paint (which most car manufacturers use).

BTW, does anyone have more pics of the Royal sapphire blue, or has anyone seen it actually in person?? Thanks

how much is it costing you to get the whole car painted?

I went to the body shop and saw an integra with royal sapphire blue today...it looked pretty good, but brighter than I expected...I'm really confused now...

A full paint job inside and out is 1800...they convinced me again to do both inside and out, so I will be doing that, plus "maybe" shaving off the holes from the stock wing (but again I'm kinda lazy to do it...)

full paint job inside and out? that mean inside the doors, under hood, around engine, trunk, ect?

Yup 1800 is for a full paint job (without taking out the engine). That means under the hood, around the frame area, inside the door jams, inside the trunk....I'm paying a lot less than that though since I have hookups...they are generally charging 2400 now for new customers, but if you were in socal, I could get you in for 1800...

supersonic blue w/a black pearl. then shift to a silver pearl. i've seen an eclipse w/this. it looked damn good. my friend has a 96 civic 2d. w/supersonic blue w/a purple pearl. that looked ok too, but not as hot as the black to silver.
just my oppenion about pearl. i want to go gun metal grey, w/chemelion designs, (flames and stipes, things like that)

OMG dude i think you should do the supersonic blue!!! that civic is tight! call it rice or whatever but if that thing pulled up next to me i would bow and not race. even if it didnt have balls just the respect of the money put into it deserves no race. i dont hate honda's just the cocky drivers.

Uhh I think I'm never going to be able to pick between supersonic blue or royal sapphire blue...I think I'll just let the owner of the shop pick either color for me, since he's been painting all these cars...he wants to paint mine pink as a joke, or yellow...but I don't want such a flashy bright yellow color....soooo I guess maybe I'll just toss a coin or let him pick...
